Community Services

At Holistic Circle, we understand that community is a deeply personal concept that varies for each individual. Whether it’s engaging in group activities to build social confidence or finding solace in nature with those who share your experiences, we are dedicated to meeting you where you are.

We believe that true health and well-being go beyond everyday support. While traditional medical care is essential, personalized therapies are equally important, especially for those facing unique challenges. Our holistic, person-centered approach respects your individual needs.

Our Specialized Support Coordinator, a skilled practitioner in Heartfulness and Meditation, leads complimentary weekly sessions designed to enhance mental clarity and emotional resilience. These classes provide a therapeutic space for individuals to reconnect, find balance, and navigate daily life with renewed strength. Join us on this journey toward improved well-being and self-discovery.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the practice of fully engaging with the present moment. It involves observing your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations as they occur, without categorizing them as “good” or “bad.” Rather than getting caught up in overthinking, dwelling on the past, or fretting about the future, mindfulness encourages you to redirect your attention to what is happening right now.

Heartfulness

Heartfulness is a gentle, heart-centered practice that fosters emotional balance and inner clarity. Instead of requiring mastery of complex techniques, it invites us to pause and reconnect with what truly matters. In this process, we rediscover our inner center—a place of stillness, peace, and expanded heart awareness.

Drumming Therapy

Have you ever found yourself at a red light, tapping the steering wheel to a song without even realizing it? Suddenly, you start to move a bit, swaying to a rhythm you never knew you had! That simple moment could be the spark that ignites your journey into drumming!

Forest Therapy

Forest Therapy is precisely what it sounds like: time spent in nature. However, it encompasses much more than that. Originating in Japan as Shinrin-yoku, or “forest bathing,” this practice serves as a form of preventative health care, enhancing both mental and physical well-being.

Music Therapy

Music is often considered an “unofficial therapy” for good reason. Regardless of whether you’re 10 or 90 years old, music has the remarkable ability to take us on a journey. In our multicultural society, we are fortunate to enjoy a rich variety of sounds—from Salsa and Italian to Cuban, Indian, Spanish, Greek, and our very own Australian music. The beauty of music lies in its power to unite us, bring joy, and provide deep therapeutic benefits.
